Intrastat is a statistical system for collecting data on trade in goods between EU member states. It is used to collect data on arrivals and dispatches of goods.
The obligation arises when the value of your imports or exports of goods within the EU exceeds the exemption threshold. For 2025, this is EUR 1,000,000 for both directions.
The report must be submitted by the 15th calendar day after the end of the reporting month.
The Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic may impose a fine of up to EUR 3,320 for each report not submitted.
